Chewy Nut Bars
Here’s a super easy, super delicious bar. Sweet and nutty.
- 1/2 cup butter [butter is better, but margarine will do]
- 1 1/4 cups graham crumbs
- 3/4 cup coconut [optional]
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips [your choice of milk, semi-sweet or dark]
- 1 cup butterscotch or white chocolate chips
- 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350º.
Line a 9x13” pan with foil or parchment and grease. Melt the butter and pour evenly on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the graham crumbs evenly over all.
Top with coconut [optional] and the chocolate and butterscotch chips.

Evenly pour the condensed milk over the entire mixture.

Sprinkle with the chopped nuts. {Walnuts and pecans are best, but this time I used mixed nuts}

Bake for 1/2 hour at 350º. Let cool before cutting into squares.
