Anna’s Ginger Thins cookies
Okay, I love cookies. Chocolate chip, Peanut Butter, Sugar, Alfajores [mmm, check those out!], Oatmeal…..cookies!!
Normally, I make my own. But these ginger thins are OH. SO. VERY. GOOD.
The ginger and the slight burnt-sugar taste and the crispiness…. Mmmmmm.
I bought a huge box at Costco and hubs and I are trying really hard not to eat too many.
